if you go to preferences you should see a bit about passwords all you need is your old researcher number 
and they'll email you a new password if you dont know it no problem just tell me what your username was and i'll get it for you

Like Star Fleet says you can get help with Password for other names. You can send details of your Log In name to
h2g2(dot)support(@)bbc(dot)co(dot)uk
and they'll send you a new password, which you can then change (by following the instructions in Personal Details) <./>userDetails</.>

I would like to say that i am grateful for welcoming me to h2g2.
I will get the hang of it properly one day
Like Jon said i am the phantom password loser lol
Just like our Nats use to be lmao.
I hope that one day i will get use to it just like our Nats.
I will call for help when im stuck on something.
