Hey Jo go to edit this page, page down near the bottom, switch text mode to guide ml mode From this you can then start to add things to your page, ie add pictures. Check out guideml it gave me loads of ideas, i can not remember the link to it, but you can always go to my page and get it from my links, or look at your "youve been ACED" thread as they are very helpful people

follow what i said in posting no:1, if you do not change to guideml mode you can not put anything but text and smileys hee hee

Ill give you a clue, once you have changed across you will see in your personal space entry (within edit this page) four lines alreadys filled in being guide and body. Put any new additions in between the second and third lines, all things need a start and end command, done> with (change [ and ] for <and&gt for pictures and you can put this one in to see how it looks [PICTURE EMBED="CENTER"

make sure that you use upper case and not lower case. The easiest thing to do is the viewer command, ie go on my page and it say your name, to get this just do (remember change [ and ] for < and &gt

for this one you may notice you do not need to open and close as it is all in the one command (very few are in one command)

The problem with this is you cannot send any information within emails, as they work on ml as well and tries to implement any commands, otherwise i would of helped you out this way. Just let me know if you are still struggling i will endeavour to help

to hear that you are feeling, heres hoping that you get well soon

When you are trying to get your page up and running, i word of advise, once again make sure that you are in guideml mode, enter in the commands one at a time and then preview the page, doing it this way will let you know of any errors - you always know which one doesnt work clever hey

Remember apart from a few being one, they all need an opening command ie <PICTURE .....details and then a close also any sizes or numbers need to be inbetween " and " i only give you this because if you enter something wrong it is not always obvious to see what is wrong. Another useful one for you if you want to put spaces inbetween your message/picture enter the command (on a line of its own)

So then just so i am clear exactly how many heads do you have? the command that you are after is headhurts obviously in between

Right then once again i hope that you get better soon, as i hate (yes as most people do) feeling i mean just look whats happened to my normal even thinking about it

as i put in my last post i thought that you were playing

Well we are all ok, well the two eldest have both been vomitting today, lovely hey, but they seem ok at the moment fingers crossed that they are ok for tomorrow, i would pity them if they have to stop at home as the would not be best impressed, especially as they break up for six and seven weeks.

Apart from that everything else is good, im off to Dundee next month, as bobo/m is getting married. He is on here now as brummiescot, you can find him via my pals list if you wants to say hello

Just got a lot on at work this week, a full branch review on friday and an audit on monday, i mean i even have to work this sunday oh well it will be my first of the year

So hows your job and whats the score for you when your s break up?

Yeah the s often go on strike when i am concerned, but if you look at the posting to which you are replying they always appear as normal.

So where did you go off to then? and did you all enjoy yourselves as i do hope so
