Hi SpaceGirl,
As you were kind enough to post me a message, I thought I'd return the favour. I've only been here a short time (and only get the time to post here about once a week) so I'm always astonished when I get a message!
Whereabouts in Scotland are you? My husband is from Falkirk and we have relatives on Skye - it's a beautiful country. Hubby likes it "down south" in North Wales, but he misses the snow!

I'm on the east coast, just to the north of dundee. i stay in one of those historic 
towns.
i agree it sure is beautiful up here, and you can tell hubby that were having somewhat of a heatwave, quite unusual and a bit 
.
it's terrible, we've nothing to moan about, as the usual topic is the amount of rain there has been in the past 24 hours.
