She's in her bedroom, so only got the sound. She'd been in her room supposed to be going to sleep for an hour, but instead was giving me updates on what games her toy animals were playing. By the end of the Beeblecast however she was fast asleep, though she's also managed to hide all the toys so I've those to hunt for later.

TRiG, great to see you here.

I don't know what colours I would like I'm bad at naming them too. Well, the closer to Brunel the better
Now to be serious, I couldn't tell you in advance what would work and what might not. You can try to run the page through Vischeck:

(I seem to be more of a deuteranope if you must know.)

You mean, doesn't work at all? I checked the page and it opened fine for me.
What about this one:

They do seem quite pale (in all those simulations). I might do some experimenting. See what I can come up with.

Must have been a hiccup earlier, it worked fine when I tried now. The second link - is that what you see when looking at the page?
Where are the lovely red colours?

I don't know if that's what I see, but I cannot really tell the difference between the original and the modified page (if you put them side by side, I can see they're not quite the same, but give me a series of pictures without telling me whether they're original or modified and I am lost.)
It's a very curious sensation when someone tells you 'That's really how you see?' (Don't worry, everybody does it ) But what can I really answer to that?

My dad and my sister's husband both have red/green colourblindness, so I should be used to the idea.

Naah, I think it's a natural question, I would probably ask the same. It also shows some sense of wonder (as in wondering, not admiration!) and interest

Once my grandmother sent my grandfather to buy some thread from a sewing shop and, as he was colour-blind, she gave him a sample. The problem was, the shopkeeper was colour-blind too
He came back with a beautiful thread which would fit nicely, except the colour was wrong
Key: Complain about this post
