Don't want to disappoint you but there was still frost on the grass outside here when I came home from work tonight

Still got to get the new battery a bit of a charge first .... Plus I havent really got the gear for the cold weather ...

Researcher 1214535 Posted Nov 17, 2005
no point in suffering when you've got a nice warm car there Take it from me, there is nothing you can wear on the bike which keeps the cold out Nothing. The only saving grace is, once you go numb from the cold, it gets a little less uncomfortable
The car is good.

Heating seems to take ages .... All summer it was too hot , now it doesnt seem to work well enough ...
cooeeee
Researcher 1214535 Posted Nov 17, 2005
Mine's the same ... it's just about getting warm as I pull into the carpark at work
I guess unless you have a new whizzy car with a new whizzy heater it's always going to be a problem
Still, maybe in your next car ......

Billy60 ... Posted Nov 17, 2005
Always seems the same with any car I have ...... you switch the heater on in summer and in seconds your switching it off and opening windows ..... but when you need the heat in the winter it just starts to work as you reach your destination ....

Researcher 1214535 Posted Nov 17, 2005
I've had cars without any heating at all where the inside of the windows used to ice up and I also had one where you couldn't switch the damn blowers off and in the summer it almost burnt your feet off
I'm just grateful for a car with a heating system that stops and starts
