uh-huh ... I'm fine - a bit less stressed than earlier
That was one helluva menu you read out to me - if people can't find something there to please 'em then I'll be very surprised

Don't think the Sport really qualifies as a newspaper anyway does it??
Phoned Steve and Liz yesterday to thank them for a nice evening and Liz had also gone back to bed. Paul was ok apparently, they got some packing done yesterday - but then he's not allowed to get wasted any more .
Y'see - I come from a long line of alchies ... it's not my fault
sounds like the overtime is fast becoming a thing of the past

Researcher 1214535 Posted Nov 14, 2005
another nice quiet day then, probably just what you need. Is your mum looking forward to the meal?
Shame about Wendy's nan but not unexpected and, as you say, I expect really it was a bit of a relief. Always a shock when it happens tho
Katie watched Ghost Ship yesterday evening as soon as she got back here. She said it was really good

Did she mention the tins of baked beans ???? ..... ...
Will have to E-Mail a copy of the DVD list I have ...... See if there are any others she may like .... Parental approved of course ..
Mum is definitely looking forward to it ... I just wonder who is going to carry her home
cooeeee
Researcher 1214535 Posted Nov 14, 2005
She didn't mention the plot in any detail, just said she enjoyed it and she didn't think Sally ought to watch it cos it'd give her nightmares
Glad your mum is looking forward to it ... I think it's probably up to you to carry her home don't you? Mind you, who is taking her and your Dad to the restaurant?? ... maybe it's really their job
cooeeee
Billy60 ... Posted Nov 14, 2005
Well that job could fall to you and I ??? ...... vikki and Judy may head out to us ..... we would pick up Mum and Dad ... then follow each other to the restuarant ??? ...
Dad Just lent me 'The Decent' .... he reckoned that was pretty gruesome ....
cooeeee
Researcher 1214535 Posted Nov 14, 2005
Thought you were picking up the boys and Jess? Will we get everyone in the car?? Well, I'll leave that side of it to you to arrange .....
Not heard of "The Decent" - is it a horror film?
cooeeee
Billy60 ... Posted Nov 14, 2005
It is a Horror / Thriller type film of some people Caving ... which is something I couldnt imagine doing under the best of circumstances ..... let alone in a Horror Movie !!!!
Your Right ..... Mum and Dad will have to go with Vikki and Judy ...

Nor me ... nothing would get me down some of those potholes . I always reckoned anyone that did it was mad as a hatter.
The arrangements for this meal top putting a man on the moon so far Glad I opted for dinner here for my mum and dad this weekend - more cooking, less organising
