I understand the landslide references, and I must admit I did cast a few worried thoughts your way when I saw that on the news, but I don't get the White Van Man reference, which I suspect is your intention, so that you can tell me all about it!!

Driving through a dreadful rainstorm (but weren't they all?) a couple of miles from Culloden, going slowly because my left wheels were in a river (road was too narrow to avoid it), approaching a bend... saw a white van approaching and the next thing I knew the side window exploded, showering us with glass. he'd knocked the wing mirror through it. Must have been going at a fair lick because the two steel supports were snapped
I've been practically driving in the hedges and along the tops of the walls ever since.
