Alright, alright.
Tacysa Started conversation Sep 5, 2004
It's been a month since I've posted, so I'm going mad about it, apparently. Well, this will be a mini-rant/ha! thing. I do not understand this fascination so many teenage girls have with asking 'what do you find attractive physically in a male?' Now, I have known I was a bit odd for a long while, but here's some proof:
Compiled list of attractive characteristics said by my girl friends- tall, muscular, tan, over-all neat appearance, slender, long legs, small wrists (WTF?!), straight teeth, small nose...and the list goes on.
Compiled list of attractive characteristics said by me- tall, a little pudgy, nice eyelashes, hands larger than mine, faux fur is really hot right now, and a little shaggy in appearance.
At least no one bothers to ask 'WHY?'
Alright, alright.

What I don't understand are the people who know exactly what color eyes/hair/skin that they want in guys. Like they have their perfect man decided down to the shape of their ears.
I generally go for guys who are tall (a foot taller than me is good, wouldn't you think?), thin bordering on scrawny, and have cute faces. Granted, this is subject to change without notice so I don't see why it matters in the least.
Alright, alright.

I can't really comment on what I like in a guy, considering I don't go for them, but I can say what i like in a girl, and that is that the only real restriction is that they can't smoke, i know it probably should be more than that, and it probably is, not having had a girlfriend in 3 years, i think my major problem is I am to damm shy
Alright, alright.
Tacysa Posted Sep 5, 2004
Maybe there's an Ideal Mate Generator? I do agree with the foot taller thing, however. Quite honestly, I have never liked/dated/etc. a guy that followed the other in type or mentality.
Alright, alright.
Tacysa Posted Sep 5, 2004
That's another thing. People assume that shy is horribly unattractive, but they also say that dressing incredibly revealing is attractive. I don't get it.
Alright, alright.
darakat - Now with pockets! Posted Sep 5, 2004
Ok I can now officially say I have no idea what your talking about, and it only took 2 posts!
Alright, alright.
Tacysa Posted Sep 5, 2004
Recent Stacy recognition says that pinstripes are very attractive, too.
Alright, alright.

It was the whole "Quite honestly, I have never liked/dated/etc. a guy that followed the other in type or mentality" thing that got me.
Alright, alright.
Tacysa Posted Sep 6, 2004
Alright, I have never like/dated/etc. one male that was anything like the others.
Alright, alright.
BouncyBitInTheMiddle Posted Sep 6, 2004
They want slender and muscular? At the same time? What's that about?
How do you tell if someone has nice eyelashes?
Stacy: consider visiting Manchester.
Prefer small, delicate, with a kick to them and usually a touch of madness. No, they definitely can't smoke. Who wants to kiss ash (not Ash)? Hair should be longish (at minimum should demonstrate dangling).
Alright, alright.
Tacysa Posted Sep 6, 2004
I guess they're after the swimmer/runner types. Don't ask me!
Nice eyelashes are usually very long.
Why Manchester? I'm not overly fond of their terriers.
Who wants the stench, more like.
Alright, alright.
BouncyBitInTheMiddle Posted Sep 6, 2004
Well they have people with deliberately messed up hairstyles who wear parkas, at least that's the impression I get from Oasis, so it sounds right up your street. Assuming you can cope with all the pentatonics.
Looking at eyelashes...hmm, it strikes me that women are very strange people indeed .
Alright, alright.
Tacysa Posted Sep 7, 2004
Ah, but you see, it's the deliberate action of looking messy that makes it horribly unappealing. Mmmmm, parkas are also very nice. Very nice.
Pentatonic scales, dorian, mixolydian, phrygian, lydian, locrian, ionian, aeolian... See what I learned in band? Granted, I can't tell you anything about how many flats, sharps, what notes, or anything about them other than how they sound. Locrian has a lovely dirgish sound.
Women are very strange, but boys are worse. I mean, come ON, what is the obsession with butts that require a wheelbarrow to move?
Alright, alright.
BouncyBitInTheMiddle Posted Sep 7, 2004
A fetish that only a few blokes have? I think you will find that overwhelming it is the shape of the rear that matters most.
Alright, alright.
darakat - Now with pockets! Posted Sep 7, 2004
I have no idea what the obsession with big butts is either I have to say, large posterais do not in the slightest attract me
Alright, alright.
Tacysa Posted Sep 7, 2004
I don't have a preference to size. I've never found the butt to be a highly appealing part of the anatomy, but 'tever.
