Nothing much yesterday. Today there was steak pie, so that was very nice. How was the lassange?

Had to break off typing this as the girlfriend rang. She bought a DVD for 9.99 in Safeways, it got 8 mins in and kept sticking so she had to take it back and they didn't have another copy so she had to get her money back. It was An Officer & A Gentleman. She is replacing a lot of her videos with DVD's. But at least she still has the Video of it.

I didn't have it in the end, i had a mixed grill instead and it was scrummy
Mmmm Steak pie i love them especially with mushrooms in, i have either chips or mash potato with them.

That would have done my head in if i couldn't get what i wanted, i would have got my money back and go to another shop.
That's what my cousin and i are doing aswell, cos it does make sense incase the vid gets stuck in the machine.
It has done one that befefore aswell, so we started to do that when we got the dvd 2 years ago.

She did the same with her records, replacing what she could with CD.She is quite on the ball when it comes to this sort of thing, comes of being the friend of a sound engineer for the BBC, boast,boast,boast.

If you boast anymore your head won't fit through the door lol
I was only kidding
I would rather have cd's than audio tapes aswell, cos they have been stuck many a time aswell
Anyway what have you got planned when you go home tonight?

Take the dog out and go to bed. It will be ten ten when I get home, by the time I've taken the dog out it'll be nearly 11. Tomorrow the dog goes to be shampooed and clipped, so she will look very pretty. My brother is calling around tomorrow afternoon as well.

Don't like mushrooms. I had a jacket potato with butter with the pie and peas. it was very good for £5.99. This evening I had corned beef sarnies and two clementines.

I am off Thursday and Friday then in lates on Sat and Sun.

Dog is a border collie called Cindy. She is very old as she was born in 1989. As to going home anytime now. I may not have time to say cheerio so I'll say it now.

Fine so far. Watching my favourite on TV Sherlock Holmes. This actor Jeremy Brett is really great at this role. And yourself? Well I trust?

Shelock Holmes mmmm that is not my cup of tea really, but i do like the older versions of them.
I am not so bad to what i was earlier, cos i passed out tw twice once in the kitchen and the other in tne chair

Working hard. You know me always on the job..... I mean, when I say on the job, I meant...Well Always doing it....I mean ... Oh God I meant working.

Yeah i am recovered alright, but i have still got my aches and pains.
The doctor has put me on the waiting list to get physio, and i can't wait to get it up and running.

Well what can i say to that then, you are always doing it hey well what can i say lol

Went to physio and di me no good, went to osteopath, did wonders. Painful though.

Yes always at it.... I mean.....No I'm going to say any more on that subject, I'm always putting my foot in it.

What do you do actually for osteopath, is it anything like physio or is it different?

Well i can see that you have a headache now, no wonder cos like you said you seemed to put your foor in it lol

An osteopath deals with manipulation of the joints and is very good. Thnough painful

Oh i see it does sound painful
