if its from another web site i dont think you can before asking there permition first
there is the same thing happerning all ready onsite with pictures from buffy web site little ones of the cast its to do with the ownership rights/coppy right law`s for the picture it says the pictuers can be alloud on the buffy site and not alloud on any other site
you can down load the wallpaper for buffy for your computer but cant be dissplayed on another site
to be honest i would ask jimster natalie first just so you dont break any coppy right laws becouse they are taken realy seriously
