I doubt the numbers will increase too much. Still you was a digibox user wasn't you?
hello
Andy Posted Jul 14, 2006
no i think the only reason they whent up was becouse of leisure district closed the new one that you had to pay for opend and it was rubbish by all accounts then e-mail came with a link to h2g2 so people came here
yes i was a digibox user much rather use my computer
hello
kow Posted Jul 14, 2006
That may have been one of the reasons, but some people, like you, came and saw what a great site it is. And most of those have been here ever since, so .
>>much rather use my computer
I don't know about that, each have their own good points.

Andy Posted Jul 14, 2006
more memory is a big plus i was sick of clicking a page jumping from the bag then waiting for the box to come back on so on and so forth

>>jumping from the bag
I'm afraid you've lost me there. I do know what you mean about memory, but luckily very few people on this site have PS's that are too large. Strangely enough, I find the digibox much faster to load pages and threads, maybe that's just my PC. And of course, you don't need to be computer literate either.

>>i was a digibox user myself
Yes, I know, we've had threads before. So you've got yourself a PC then?
>>as far as i know the powers that be dont have a problem with it
I've seen the thread where Jimster says that he has no problem with it, but we don't want to cause a fuss or a panic. We'd much rather it wasn't an issue.
