well very busy weekend im on nights tonite then off to a wedding tommorrow nite then back to work to do a charity five a side game then back to do my shift sunday nite then on monday ill be playing golf with an ex neighbour

dont drink at all i had non alcoholic boddingtons followed by non alcoholic bacardi and coke until 2 this mornin
