Ok. Sorry, rather generic subject, but hey, what can ya do...er change it I guess would be a good idea But no! You must deal with it
Right, so I'm Quille (or at least I prefer to be known as that to those that don't know me too well. To those that do, I'm Meg. OR any other various not-so-nice names that one shouldn't say in fear of moderation.) I'm also an ACE here for hootoo (the nickname for h2g2, even though it's longer) and the ACEs are Assistant Community Editors, who greet and invite new Researchers to our glorious realms (I'm a bit rusty having just returned to the site). We're supposed to be nice and friendly. What do you think?
Anyhow, I see you do not have a nickname yet. You may wish to click the preferences button along the left side of the screen and type one in along with changing the skins, frames, and little formatting thingamajigs that one would prefer. It makes it easier for you to communicate with and makes you more of an individual.

Also,if you're just putting about, you may see little eyeballs next to nicknames on postings- these mean that the person is Online. You can also see this by looking at the side bar right above preferences and clicking the 'Who's Online' tab. Brilliant, eh?
