I am just out of bed. I got dressed, just for you, pest. I'm going to make tea because my head's all muzzy. I think I'll roll my body clock around the long way. Unless they are expecting something horrible in the next few hours, I could have stayed home, I'm sure. I don't know. My wrap was wondeful, and I had a picnic which was pretty good, and an apple and apricot flapjack out the machine, which was like all other processed flapjacks everywhere. Dave's just put me in meetings, but he's run off to listen into a semi-supervisor taking a call for a csr on the next pod. He's using a desk phone to corporately evesdrop. Siounds like a knobber. As of tomorrow, no more Telewest calls ever!!! They're going from us forever, horah!!!! Joy.

I put gta on. I'm a bit lonely and fractious. telewest going is not a good thing. That means it will be even quieter on dq and thus you will spend less time on it. boo! hiss!

You should ask about team leadering. Just to get an idea of what it involves. I think it would be good for you. You'd enjoy corporate evesdropping. And even vode team leadering would involve less time talking to people. It seems to be mostly admin work and you'd love that. you should think about it.

Sweet pea, things are changing here for us very soon. Vodas people came and loved us and so they wanted 70 more Account Management people. Cardiff says bye bye DQ and hello account management. So, that is what we must be. three weeks full time training 9-5.30, then the shift window for Account Management is 8-8 so we will get that earlier shift. Also a pay rise to 6.12ish an arn. We have no choice, really, but there are bright sides. Nat hated it and didn't want to go, but now she loves it. TLs are being trained at the same time as well. Nobody is online, so I thought I'd tell you now. You can come back and then three weeks of training, I'm sure you can manage that. Then onto a new switch. But vode are always impressed and keep expanding it, so it can't be too hard. it does involve phoning arund to different departments. The first training group starts on Monday, but I told them I'd like to wait until you come back to do it. Give me your thoughts. I could understand if you were a little concerned abuot it, but we can discuss it later. Teams stay the same, earlier finish, more pay. Could this be a good thing? I do hope you read this.
