Thought I'd drop by and say what a you are for wading into the AWW and undertaking the minesweeping.
I know from the time that KJ and I went through it a couple of years ago just what hard work it is, and the AWW was half the size when we did it. So for you, my dear. Well done.

Thank you my sweet.
It's not entirely selfless. I have nothing but time at the moment and I don't have the energy to do anything with it. Stupid bloody brain.
I'm trying not to go too fast or be too ruthless. Don't want to scare the natives.

You are wise on both counts.
It is a strangely satisfying job, but I remember deciding that I would read five entries a day, more on good days, though. At that rate the 350 odd entries took me just over two months to wade through, and even so my brain went numb every so often.
The process is a good one though. It worked before, and it is clear that it is going to work again.
As I said - well done!

It helps that I'm so familiar with everything that was in there before last year. I can form an opinion quicker because I'm not reading them for the first time.
You're not passing the baton on, you know. It's a really big baton and we all run with it at the same time. You're just holding a different bit these days.

Thanks. I've been worried about the UnderGuide, and am feeling much more hopeful about it than I have for months.
