I'm not as quick with the wit as Evadne, and I'm not as quick with the replies either because I have to risk life and limb at work to get on here now. It was OK when I was on nights, but I'm on days again and.... shhh... they're watching me!

All OK, and I didn't get caught, just had an overwhelming urge, after a 10 hour shift, to go home!! I start at 0400 and by the time I was talking to you, I had just about had it.

Couple that with the looming prospect of a 2 hour session with 2 grandchildren in the afternoon, followed immediately with a 4 hour evening babysit for the other two, and you may comprehend my need to get home, get out of work clothes, put my feet up and make intimate friends with a cup of coffee, and a passing reference with the the watering can to ten needy tomato plants.

Got in a bit early this morning, so hopped on here before bosses arrived, but 0400 has now struck so had better get the old nose to the grindstone.
