I too haven't been on hootoo much recently - preoccupations as you say. I hope yours were not of a sombre kind. I did receive the other but a new one is always welcome, especially from you!

Preoccupations of another kind - too much to do particularly for a prevaricating procrastinator like me. One of which is facebook, quite a few Hootooers on there, but I'm only really in contact with marnoult. At least you can see what each other looks like.
We, not marnoult - wife and I, are working on plans for our future, we may move etc, and it is quite time consuming on top of which there has been the odd wedding and family this and family that and Christmas etc.

Wow! My favourite GA!! how are you?
Easter not so good - I spiked a very high temperature for no apparent reason and was out of action from Good Friday until Easter Sunday, but it did mean I didn't have to think about cooking, or cleaning, or doing the washing - I wasn't eating, making the place dirty or wearing much more than my pyjamas!! Did have to remember to feed the dog though!
May Day I spent in the garden (at last)and was pretty proud of the results but not so impressed with the aches and pains afterwards!
Dare we think summer is here? What have you been up to? Any more exhibitions on the go?
Lovely to hear from you, I am glad you haven't forgotten me.
