Not really much to tell--I'm in California, and I'm a new(ish) mom. Faith'll be 10 months on the 11th.

Aaww, Amy! I am sure there is much more to you than where you live and the fact that you are a new(ish) Mum!

So, is Faith a good baby? What is she doing now? Although my youngest grandchild is only 2, I am afraid I have completely forgotten what they do when. This is partly a short term memory problem I have, and...... partly a short term memory problem I have!!

I should think teeth are on the way, and crawling, possibly walking a distinct possibility. I love baby talk, so let me know.

And before you were a new(ish) Mum, what were you then? I love making friends in hootoo, and would like to get to know you a bit, if that is OK with you.

Briefly, I have 3 grandchildren, belonging to two daughters who both live quite close. The eldest grandchild is a girl who has just started school, she has a brother of 3 years old, and my youngest daughter has a two year old son. I live on my own, and work full time on night work. I have three years to retirement - and I can't wait!!

Well, there's a bit about me pre-baby if you follow the link on my space I've been a bit taciturn lately, I guess 'cause I haven't much time nowadays and typing one-handed, though I mastered it when I was still working outside the home so I could be on h2g2 during lunch, is still harder than normal typing.

Besides, Faith's starting to crawl, so my attention span for talking of myself (which I've never been fond of) is vanishingly short

I set up a space for Faith when I was still pregnant, so you can follow her at U211555 *note to self--log on as PaperBaby to announce crawling* She's got 3 teeth, and is working on a 4th. At this exact moment, she's eating my hair... There's a link to baby pictures on her space--that leads to the most recent ones.
