h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Hi! In fact, it's because I've only had those few conversations!!
I started off very timidly, being a little wary of the "big bad wolf" reputation of the net in general, so didn't encourage too many contacts, I suppose. Now to bring you up to date (as I should my details, I know!) I retired last June from work in Paris and we are now in South West France, near Cognac. When I go "home" it's usually to London, where my eldest daughter lives. I rarely get the opportunity to get across to Bristol; a pity, as I miss the West country. Hope you enjoy retirement as much as we do, it's great knowing you have all the time in the world to do things, and don't have to worry about train or bus schedules!
