I just picked up a recipe for a bloody brilliant cake. Being "The Coffee shop woman" I felt that maybe you would enjoy this. It's called an "Apricot, choc-chip, coconut cake".
If your interested let me know and I'll put the recipe up for ya!

No problems, I shall have the recipe up tomorrow.
I have another little gem called "Country Party Slice" It's a redneck name, but the slice goes perfectly with a good strong coffee.

By the way I just got done reading "Troll Bridge" by Prachett and I now one the song "A Wizard's Staff has a Knob on the End" and the instrumental "Wyrd Sisters." I love it...Pratchett is absolutely hilarious.
Reminds me of "Bring Me the Head of Prince Charming" by Zelazny and Scheckley (pardon spelling).

Had the recipe sheet....misplaced the recipe sheet. Just a useless man, y'know. I'll find them tonight when I have two seconds to rub together.
I'm glad you're enjoying Pratchett. I just finished reading his latest book "The Wee Free Men". It's a ripper. It's partially about a bunch of little blue men who are quite obviously Scottish. I laughed till I stopped! It's a children's book aparently (In as far as the main character is a child) But well worth the look!
Also look for "The Last Hero", it contains my namesake MadHamish...

(I have no idea where I put the recipes down, never organize while a little sloshed!)
