Hi,
Just saw your thread on mutual respect and community and thought it was really commendable. 
I'm here in the western suburbs of Chicago, and wanted to give a friendly wave.
I have 2 suggestions for a coffee shop: first, include hot chocolate and hot vanilla... I used to live in Philadelphia and there was a coffee shop there that had a wonderful drink called a hot vanilla that I have never found again. Second, set up your coffee shop out here, so we can get some decent stuff. I promise to either buy from you regularly or work for you.
