That there was a solution is a bit of a surprise; I thought maybe Icy got the question wrong.
Then I saw Gnomons solution and I thought COR, how did he see that. The legant bit is I suppose a20+b6+c9 covers N in all but finitely many points, abc belong toN u{0} and I suppose that has got a name.
Presque Partout springs to mind but you have to forgive me since I haven't read any maths for a very long time and suffer from a mild brain injury, I was wacked in the brains by a hockey stick once.

It's actually a very standard exercise in arithmetic (I've seen it several times since my students day). It is actually quite interesting to see real people discovering it for the first time
