Yes, i am on the 2 bowls a day!!! One week left now!! Cant wait, its really doing me head in now!!! Ive got half stone that i want to shift, then ill be happy Cakes, nah, i can leave them, not a prob, its cheese, crisps bits like that! Oh, and pate!!!!

Holiday was great thanks, really enjoyed it, reality has set back in now though Going back again next year!!!

just go down to where you want it on your space, n put
you change left to whatever you want..
