Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. When I got the email from the eds I emailed them back and asked to be removed. When I lost my internet connection back in April I returned it because I wasn't going to have the time to devote to it, and yes, you're right, I didn't do anything at all to it prior to returning it.
It would be great if you could just remove my name completly. Thanks, Gnomon!
