I can't find a "Chuck Barry" is it supposed to be Chuck Berry?

Where it says 'Pete mentioned that their band' was looking for a guitarist, or something like that, it should say 'Pete mentioned that his band'..., or 'Pete mentioned that the band he played with'...
A bit further down it says something about Steve felt 'the band weren't getting anywhere', should that be 'the band wasn't getting anywhere'? Since the band is a single entity and not several bands?
