Just read your 2nd chapter - I've left a crit there.

Can I be cheeky and ask a favour? I've also posted my second piece. Got a feedback and I'm going to remove it soon, re-work it and re-post it. I'd really appreciate it if you'd take a look before I take it away and let me know what you think. It would be great to get feedback from someone who read my first piece.

Thanks for reading my work and the feedback.

I've just re-posted it and hopefully you can see I've taken on board the criticism. It's certainly different to before. Hopefully for the better.

By the way, I read a crit Fox sent you and he mentioned certain style and grammar. I found a book recently which is excellent - it's on Amazon: "The Elements of Style" by Strunk and White.
It's short (105 pages), cheap and really easy to read. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Check it out.
