Why do you say that? You are the most un-give-upable person that I know of. You cannot let one person's decision affect your entire self-image and self-esteem. It does sound like he has his own problems. Nothing to do with you. And so you cannot let what one person thinks or decides rule how you think about yourself.

A very long list of postings on this thread show that you are well-loved and appreciated. And that many people care about you. So, I suggest you go with that rather than only think of this 'one person' who for reasons best known to himself, no longer felt capable of sustaining a relationship.

yeah, I know, being chucked is crap. But try to see what this now opens up for you. And really, try not to dwell on WHY he decided to give up on the relationship because you will probably never know. And in the end, it's really not that important. What is important is that you move on to something much better and more positive.

Im pulling myself up... he's an immature boy who doesnt realise what he's done and he'll regret it. But ive already decided i wont have him back, so why bother being so upset... so im fight that at the moment. On a perkier note...

Ok. There's this guy. His name is Mike Buckley. He used to go to Leeds Boys, but dropped out after Lower 6 and is now training to be a plumber, but that is irrelevant. I used to have this major thing for him, for about a year, but nothing ever came of it coz the stuff with Ben was just sorting out. Anyway, i got over it (clearly) and ive hardly seen him in a year and half. Probs seen him about 5 times or so and just in passing. Anyway, one of my other friends is going out with this bloke called Bob, who knows Mike and it got back round that people know people... you know how i mean, like small world circles. I got into school this morning and this friend of mine comes up to me and says Mike asked her to give me his number and im to *call him anytime of the day or night*... so... do i call him?

Hmmm.... still thinking. Might be nice just for old times sake, though i dont think i want owt to happen...
