Anyway....does anyone know why i gulp air in my sleep when i'm upset or nervous and then have really bad tummy ache the next day?

we gulp air when we're upset coz its to help with the hyperventialtion i think. Correct me if im wrong. Its to do with a panic thing and feeling lost inside. (i think). The tumi ache is coz you have trapped air and fell swolled and ill, coz you swallowed too much air. What made you unhappy?

but it was in my sleep so....?????? And how do i stop doing it?

oh just some trouble with sarah which is now sorted and ill email you and tell you about it so you can see at your leisure....

Drink plenty of fluids... it won't help with gulping but tis always sound advice

But then usrely Ill still gulp and just keep waking up to go to the bathroom? Actually...if Im not asleep very long maybe I wont gulp air...

You could try not letting the stuff get to you, so your not upset and so therefore you're not swallowing? x

well, im not sposed to go off school before lunch, and i left during my free period with my friend Zig. We got back and the head of 6th form asked where we were. She dint believe we'd been to the doc coz we'd been togev. So i had to tell her the truth so Zig wudnt get in truble. Our school is really un caring... im going again later on.
