I havent done anything, its just all sliding away from me and I cant get a grip on anything and its all going back to that odd thought that Im making everything up and...stuff.

You are not making things up! The scars from last time should be enough to prove that to yourself. As for the calling - if im in an ok situation to take a call i will do! Its hard. I have loads of work at the mo. Sorry. What can i do to help?
