flakey-lady.... you lookin' at me punk?

hello iam 41 yr old woman from south wales uk. also former biker chick had to stop pillion when i was pregnant back in 96... not been on since too big i reckon, would look like the blob now.

i used to breed bull terriers/ engligh/staff and pit bull.. until the ban came on us 1991.. i then kept a staffy bitch but now have jack russel and big lurching hairy german shepherd cross...

my older married daughter loves rats, i use to keep them too.. hers are called dazzle and twinkle they are both pure bred lilacs, and one of them won best pet in show recently.. she is obsessed with them.

i looked after them recently when she went to florida... i was SO tempted to find them a boyfriend while she was away.. but she would have killed me, as her precious darlings must not be bred apparently..

i have 2 other daughters ones just graduating bristol university and the other is still my baby 8 yrs.. hubby is 6 yrs younger [a toyboy <biggrin] and an ex biker always threatening to buy that harley...

bye bye flakey lady

thanks for your reply.. i love your bull dog we have american bulldogs over here.. but i don't know how long before they try to ban them...some one has one round the corner its awesome but it will only take one much publicised attack on an innocent before they are tried and found guilty by the media as happened to pitbulls.

i had to get mine spayed, microchipped, tattooed and insured, she was a beautiful sleek black bitch and probably saved my life when i was going thru an awful divorce...then single for a year and dating every psycho you care to mention.. my slug was my defender..and if she could sense a baddy and lets face it they all were.. ha ha she'd menace them...

she actually accepted new husband and his little mutt dog... she never harmed him at all.

if you have any scooter tips please pass them on as my middle daughter has just bought one..we are concerned because we live in busy traffic bound city..everyone rushing all the time, lots of idiots on the roads. and boy racers.growl...

my daughters rats were bred for size and they are big buggers even for females.. they are trained to run up shoulders and snuggle into your neck.. and maybe have a pee on the waysmiley - biggrin

my little girl has two guinea pigs midge and star and star is heavily pregnant as we speak.. i think midge will have to have the op..

i'm really liking hootoo, becoming addictive, and my other half hates me being on them.. thinks i'll run off with some hunk.. he has no faith!
but i don't resent his hobbies of fishing and keeping tropical fish..cost us a small fortune his hobbies do...but then thats bloody men for you...are they the same in the land of oz??

ps i nearly saw mel gibson once while he was filming in florida.. he was in our hotel bar and we were about to go down but one of partys kids was ill..too much sun...drat that kid..next day we heard all the buzz.. what a missed opportunity..story of my life that

well it is another foggy morn here, so it will be loverly and warm today, we have had 3 foggy morns in a row, so it will rain tomorrow, which is good as it is needed very much, we have not had a lot of rain so far this year, and winter is typically very dry, so any rain is appreciatedsmiley - smiley

My ratty girls are bred for lonativity, and to be cancer free, by spaying them, they will live longer still, as this slows there metabolism down a bit, as they are not coming on heat every 5 days

Rupert has been neutered and chipped, He was nuetered as he is quite standard enough for the breed, Aussie bulldogs are still a new breed, only 10 years old, they are a very placid and people friendly bred, I have just started to train him in athletics, and he just lumbers around the course in slow motion<laugh., I have also started doggy dancing classes, which are really fun, Rupert has learnt quite a few tricks now.

My hubby likes fishing, and it took him a while to accept my hootoo addictionsmiley - laughsmiley - erm, when I was first here, I was really into alot of stuff, I helped start the word game addicts bar, and played alot of them, but RL got in the way, so I spend less time here, although on work dys I still get up an hour earlier, so I can catch up with the blog, and I am here on an off most eveningssmiley - biggrin

when I ride, me scooter, I am aware that every one in a car is out to get mesmiley - erm so I am just very careful, I have had 3 accidents over the course of 16 years, 1 was my fault, and the other 2 were caused by careless driverssmiley - sadface

mel gibson! smiley - yikes lucky you, I have never met anyone famous, or even remotely related to famous

hello again and its night here...weathers been nice today sunny but with a nice breeze.. we get quite a lot of rain but hardly any snow anymore.. when we got a couple of inches a year or so back the kids were so excited, as soon as school was out they all went haywire...

yes biking is a dangerous thing.. you are so vunerable and you can be the best rider going but its the idiots in cars that cause the problems.. and as my husband says with a scooter you have less acceleration power to even get out of danger...

he used to take me all over the place on the back of his bike... i was apparently an excellent pillion passenger.. but in truth i was often scared s**tless, hated banking over just hung on and closed my eyes.. and if i was really scared i'd give him a dig to let him know...

but now we have four wheeled transport, more comfy and stay dry too can't be bad!!!

i have to hit the pillow now as its another early start tommorow.. all the best from south wales

I'm the opposite, I dislike being in a car, and I am a terrible driver, and a worse passenger, usually if I have to use the truck we have, Gray (hubby) drives, yet I love riding my bike, and adore being pillion

it has finally warmed up a bit, and the fog has burnt of, there is still a black cloud hanging aroung though, I was goig to mow part of the lawn today, but the grass is still wet, it is 11.30am!, I hate cuttin wet grass with blunt bades, which ours aresmiley - ermsmiley - laugh

I am not working today so I have been into the library, and now I am thinking of scrubbing the kitchen floor, it hasn't had a decent scrub (just a weekly mop) for about 6 months, but I might put it off till later..or even tomorrowsmiley - winkeye

ooh you lucky thing the old scrub the kitchen floor torture...with the summer [hah] on us the light shows up the nasty dirt, and with a long haired mutt all her floaty hairs.. we've taken to shaving her with dog clippers.. she looks a bit strange but much less hair in the house.. i have to vacuum every day to keep it down....before we shaved her her average length hair was 5 to 6 inches especially on her bum.

fortunately i don't have to touch the garden as clive does all that...he loves gardening and has transformed the wild lands into a very nice area now complete with pagoda and fish pond with waterfall...ahhhh anyway hes good at digging because hes a...gravedigger but don't hold that against him..hes a hard working man which is always a plus in my book...

anyway have to scarper as have to cook tea then go to my job..

they took my colleague off to serve on the kiosk knowing i won't cooperate in their shuffling of staff.. i'm too old to be pushed about.. so i'm as grumpy as a steve erwin snakesmiley - biggrin

what about jacko getting off??? just like oj simpson all over again??
it can't be right...two of the jurors even said that they thought he had abused kids in the past.. but they had to only concentrate on the evidence in hand...

Hey Caro

Abot 6pm here,
Had an uneventful day coring capsicums, we did about 6 tonne today, of a very small dicee, at a very slow roast, so wasn't to bad of a day, they did ergplantsmiley - yuk yesterday, mso I was grateful for not being rostered on (the boss thinks he is Punishing me, by not putting me on, he is a bit of a stick up the rear end, overbearing little weeniesmiley - laugh). Got a zucchinni MAP tomorrow, so it will be extra cold, below 10deg C, for the magority of the day.

I don't watch aussie soaps, but I adore when I can get to watch english ones especially emerdale farm, but we don't get english soaps anymore, except on pay TV. A few years ago, about 13 I think, our BBC equivalent, the ABC, reckoned englished soaps weren't relevant to Oz, so instead started playing english comedies and interviewssmiley - erm

How about a cruise here insteadsmiley - biggrin, Florida sounds nice, but New York would be just tooooo much city for me, I'm just a small town girl, even going to Bribane, our state capital with 1.77 million is too scarysmiley - laugh

Bundaberg is the size of Greater London, but only has about 35000 people

The less said about Jacko the bettersmiley - erm

hello again and you have the same kind of bosses that i have... mine are all nasty very young androids...they just love following the ridiculous policies we have to endure... this is one reason i am a shop steward. i have to sit in on any thing official and watch out for the members well being...i have a saying NEVER go into an office alone with two or more managers because then it becomes two against one and they could lie or intimidate.

i'm still learning the ropes but its the kind of person i am..if i see something wrong i have to speak up about it.. its like a curse on me...anyway our managers are the pits....i caught my manager out lovely a few months ago.. we all had to sign an agreement that we would't drink cans of coke in the lab, as most of us were glugging away i used to take a plastic cup and drink from the tap seeing as i am diabetic and the lab is a very hot dry atmosphere...

anyway we signed this official paper drawn up by our stupid dopey manager...a few weeks later what did she do?? yep came into the lab and snapped open a tinny right in front of glugging it down...we had an altercation she was very nasty but i put in an official complaint and she was raked over the hot coals and her conduct is monitored.. surprisingly shes been very nice to me since.. but how unprofessional.

i have this work ethic.. i never let the sods say anything about my conduct.. i cover my back at all times. emmerdale farmsmiley - smiley yes its an oldey i have watched it years back i never have time for much tv except for hiring dvds.

cardiff isn't a big city but is compact....luckily it isn't very far out to reach the countryside i can see the mountains from the house, although we are very near to the city centre, complete with cardiff castle and grounds.. its maybe a 30 min walk. when i 1st went to florida back in 1991 i found their supermarkets had such a fantastic variety of things but now we have caught up over here, we have pretty much everything in our stores.

i do find the city is becoming very violent, lots of roadrage and its mainly the youths...pure evil some of them...and watch out for the girls all vicky pollards..[a character made up in the little britain tv series.. you have to look out for it the states loves it] my workmate young dave was punched by a 12 yr old last week for no reason.. hes such a big soft bear he wouldn't hurt a fly, it must have been a dare or something...luckily for her it was dave, another man might have beaten the crap out of her.. she could only reach his chest...so britain and yes even cardiff is a violent place to be.. i'll probably be safer in new york with their zero tolerance....

i'm getting the hell out of here one day when the mortgage is paid and i retire.. i love the house and garden and we have mostly good neighbours but i don't want to be here in 25 yrs time.. maybe less

well i've blabbed on enough for now..oh oh i forgot my daughter is asking now the ratties are spayed do they squabble so much because hers are coming into season and doing the female humping thing, and one is dominating the other....lesbian rat fun... she'll have them spayed if it will stop all that.

bye for now ca

hiya helly

and thanks for advising my daughter what a great bonus this web site is?? sadly still a secret from my partner as he hates the idea of me communicating with maybe OTHER MEN.... oh my god i'm about to rip knickers off and abandon myself to cyber stranger..so i haven't broken it to him yet... hes a great guy but a bit insecure can't quite believe himself to be worthy of love...

when i met him he was one of the bike club members of a pub i worked in while i was a single mum and student.. he was known as MAD CLIVE because he was a bit hell bent on his own destruction...bad upbringing and all that. hes a whole lot settled and secure now but finds it hard not to judge women the same as his mother who was a loose knickered tart and still is.

my going to new york without him is a huge step..he'll have littlun to keep him company and he is an excellent father.. hes had to be her companion every weekday night while i've been in work, he takes her to the gym one night, brownies another, then we both take her swimming fri nights as i no longer work 5 nights as it was wearing me out.

what is a zuccini this is an exotic fruit/veg to me....a few months ago during a refit in the lab i walked the shop floor to assist customers when i was asked where the tahhini was i had no clue except i did know it to be a foodstuff..another girl helping me thought it was an island somewheresmiley - laugh

what must they have thought of us.. my excuse.. i'm photo lab normally i know about films and such....glad you are drug free we are also very drug free... i'm afraid i saw too much of that lifestyle in my 1st marriage....drugs were his 1st love... we were such an unlikely pair.. obviously i was far too young...

even though they called him mad clive he never took drugs or smokes so we are well suited.. i worked in a factory a cake factory before i went onto photo lab...i was the only cardiff girl amongst all the valley women.. i had been warned they could be very nasty and hard.. but i was ok with them.. i tend to be a loner.. only trust a few people anyway.. but i've known tougher women have a very bad time.. i actually had to think long and hard before accepting my present job.. there was one woman i hated though..mutton dressed as lamb nasty old piece of work she was...but out of a team of 12 of us thats not bad going.

weather is crap here wheres our summer? i want a full investigation into it....although some hopeful idiots have been saying the weekend will be nice.. so heres hoping

mmmmm a zucchinni, is a member of the cucumber family, sort of lick a cucumber but harder, and without the seeds, is a very mild flavour, almost bitter, often used in quiches, it is quite hard raw, but goes very moist, almost sloppy when cookedsmiley - erm

you sound alot like me, I left first hub, due to drugs, and I am mostly a loner, Hubby often goes to his mates place in Maryborough, about an hour and a half south from here, it took him a while to realise I wasn't going to play up on him, was just enjoying the peace an quiet, an being able to play my sort of music and watch chick flick type (smiley - drool over the gorgeous hunk type moviessmiley - laugh)

right lets get down to it hel...who are your movie hunks.. this is my kind of conversation for myself i like vin diesel..sean bean [did you ever see the sharpe series..yummy] but lately i've been admiring the finer points of ron perlman..who you say...well hes not a typical hollywood hunk but i very much liked him in alien ressurrection.. he plays the horny guy...and in blade 2.. i think my main attraction to him and vin d. is the voice.. i adore a deep husky voice.. the fact that they are big bulky guys helps toosmiley - biggrin

sean bean as boromir in the fellowship of the ring..hhmm very nice.. i find my likes are so varied as you can see.. years ago all my schoolfriends liked david bowie donny osmond the bay city rollers but i was mad on ian dury [and the block heads] not your typical good looker in fact he'd had polio as a child and was disabled but again a deep voice and cheeky cockney accent.. i thought he was hot.

so spill the beans and tell me some of yours since you raised the subject....

i await in eager anticipation
