Hi~
I've been wondering for a while - what's the deal with the "Tony Curtis" that so many people seem to be displaying in their Researcher names lately?
It's really provoked my curiosity...

it began because another part of the bbc, a spot called iCan, to do with local area politics in england, moderated some nicknames of h2g2 researchers, even thought they had never visited iCan, this was due to the single sign on thingy, well, the eds if the iCan site didn't answer emails and stuff, so people began putting TCs name and others in their tags as a sign of support and to try and change the iCan eds minds, eventually they answered, they didn't realise that moderating iCan nicknames changed it across all bbc sites, and they apoligised, and it all seems to be over now

I've been good - a bit busy with school, but still managing to keep on top of it all.
Having fun in your new job?

yeah it is not to bad, I am processing vegies, things like coring capsicums for dicing roasting frezzing for macdonalds, also bagging roast mushies, again for maccas.
Today we prepped cappies for chargrilling then stuffed them in baggs with secret herbs an spices and oils for a firm in NZ.
It is a nice crew with good bosses, it is nice to work in airconditioning for a change

Now whenever I eat McDonalds I'm going to think of you...
What you're doing sounds a darn sight better that what I'm doing - writing analytical poetry responses and stuff... blah
But my life otherwise is pretty cool...
