On another conversation you said you were having trouble with getting a blue box and out of memory error. If you are still using a digibox to access h2g2, you may find the site works better in plain skin. Otherwise the box tends to run out of memory displaying all the graphics. Here is a link to let you select plain skin in your Preferences: <./>/dna/h2g2/plain/UserDetails</.>. It is a bit of a secret because it was rushed out to help digibox users, so it doesn't appear in the normal preferences drop-down list of skins.

Yes, I noticed Bassman had already dropped by and assumed something was going on elsewhere to judge by his message. If so, then leydaf may also have unsubscribed from those conversations. It seems to happen a lot. People may click the unsubscribe button by accident thinking they are going to look at the message (and there is no "are you sure? OK/Cancel" dialog). Other people seem to click on subscribe to a page accidentally instead of "leave a message" or "start a conversation". Another source of confusion is the too discreet "Edit Page" on the right compared with the blatant "Add Entry" on the left when people are trying to start/edit their personal space page. 
Hello again, leydaf. You'll soon get used to people dropping in on conversations (because none on h2g2 are really private) and wandering off-topic (though I think most of this one was pertinent). Bye for now.
