Welcome to the wonderful worls of h2g2.
I am Hati (Hatifnat), I am a guardian angel here.
Mostly I like to talk and have fun around, so I am usually met in pubs and cafés around here.
Your name attracted me as it sounds a bit unusual and common at the same time. Where are you from originally, if I may ask?

A German "Hallo" to Hati !
Well, what I meant is that my Christian name, though a perfectly common German forename, originally was penned in Sweden as the Swedish short form for "Catherine".
And my family name, though my family lives in Germany since Medieval Times, originates from Poland, where "Województwo" means county, with the "Wojewoda" being the count or earl presiding over the county.
So, despite all these foreign sounding names, I am simply an ordinary German . . .
This excourse sounded rather dry . . .
If you ask me, I´d prefer cafés before pubs ( a) pubs are very loud and I´ve got a typical "music lover´s ear" , i.e. I have got a tiny little deficit in hearing and b) usually, I don´t like the taste of alcohol apart from in sweet liqueurs like "Bailey´s" for instance )
I´d love to hear from you again.
Best wishes,
- Karin.

Great! I am still here. The best café in h2g2 (by my mind) is The Café at F26140?thread=244668&latest=1 Feel free to pop in.
