Hi Billy,
Cazz tells me you and Sal are using a digibox to access h2g2.
There is one major fault in this, because of the lack of memory.
Once a chat thread gets too long, you get an html error code, and you have to unplug.
To overcome this, you must change your page to a Plain skin.
To do this, click on my name and you'll be taken to my page. Look for the link that says Click here to make this page digibox friendly.
Click on the link and the page will turn gray. Then click on Preferences at the left hand side of the page.
Change the skin to Plain, then update at the bottom of the screen. Your page will then be permanently digibox friendly.
If you need any help with h2g2 at all, just ask and I'll help if I can.
There are lots of smiley icons you can use, Click on this one 
and you will be taken to the whole range of smileys.
