I will be working with a multilingual language student this weekend. I'll have a word and see what she comes up with.

Thanks, you're the greatest.
I've just added you to my friends list by the way, hope you don’t mind.

Re: net spelling. I often have the problem of different countries standard spelling of English. When I tutor English as a Second Language (ESL) I always try to use the spelling from the Oxford dictionary. Other wise it’s whatever language the spell checker in MS word is set to.
Do you have any preference as to which dictionary or countries spelling you use?
Ebert - bye the way, you have a great name.

I have a breezeblock of a dictionary here called Collins. I usually consult that first, and dictionary.com second. But, as I said, I get lazy and sometimes stick with bad spelling and before I know it the bad spelling is second nature.

I had been looking for a thread on here that discussed the words with mixed inner letters, so I'm glad you posted that paragraph. I wanted to post it on a music forum on the net with a view to finding out if it works with music too. When I get a moment I will try it on cubase. I will start a thread on here about it too.

Unfortunately she hasn't shown up for work this week as she's away. Very annoying. I'm sure she would know as she's very passionate about languages.
