I am well and there don't seem to be any problems personally. I am still a non-smoker, but I am still having dreams about smoking and I actually felt guilty because I had 2 cigarettes in one dream .

Glad you are well.
I went to tamworth yesterday visiting family got caught in the snow and today i am full of a cold

Oh you shouldnt feel guilty that you had a couple of smokes in your dream, you have done better than me unfortunatly ive had a couple of relapses but im not doing to bad im still giveing up going to see nurse again tomorrow for more patches.

What a lovely suprise to hear from you - smoking again eh. At least you tried and are still willing to try again.

Well everybody warned me that it is not the first time that's the hardest. It is the time after that, and the time after that. Because you know what to expect

I am 6 weeks into the course now and fingers crossed I don't have to try giving up again!!

I have started reducing the patches from 24 hours to 16. But I kept forgetting to change the patch anyway and saved a whole weeks worth!!

I'm sorry to hear you've also got a cold. That's what you get for gadding about around the countryside
