hi hun i wonder if u can help me my m8 is trying to get on h2g2 via a digi box but when i forward him the link his box wont click on the link is there a way he can get on there

As he tried to switch it off and re boost it?
Next are you doing the link correctly for digi box its slightly different.
Im not sure what other advice i can give.
If you know someone on digi box who knows about the link, they may be able to help.
