How are you?? lovely to hear from you.
I haven,t been posting hardly at all over the past few months, simply because I am always so busy, but I pop in from time to time, then it,s usually so late I fall asleep at my laptop!!
My knee is better thanks, it,s not perfect, but it,s probably as good as it will get!! I have been advised by the doctor to go to the gym to strengthen the leg muscle and to swim, only trouble is I am not particularly sporty so I have got to get motivated!!! I would be able to get rid of some of that spare flesh which has accumulated as well no doubt!!
Yes I went back to the UK for new year, the kids came too, and we had a great time, I also went for a week a couple of weeks ago, alone because my stepfather was not well, but he,s getting on fine now, when I arrived I couldn,t believe how beautiful the weather was, it was really hot, it lasted until Tuesday!!! this is a beautiful time of year in England, I can really appreciate it now as I am away from it.
