A friend asked me if I wanted to go and see Belle & Sebastian at Colston Hall, and I hadn't heard anything by them, and in fact keep confusing them with Daphne and Celeste, who I definitely wouldn't want to go and see. Anyway, I've spent the evening with the former on in the background, and they're quite nice, very mellow. Je recommend. Francais de porc 
. Their albums are very different to each other so worth a couple of goes to find what you like.
