the novelty is beginning to wear of both boards for me to be honest, broadband is so ridiculously slow for the bbc site it really puts you off posting.

Yeh, I seem to be unable to resist the pull of the LotR board. Just can't help it, though to be honest I can take or leave most of the others apart from the comic board. Seems these days that there are certain people who I have no great desire to converse with so I tend to minimise my exposure as it were. Shame really.

I need to pay more attention to the comic board though, trub is there that I rarely get time to go on SHH as much as I used to so find I have little to say.

Broadband... grrrr, the main reason I forked out for that was because of my message board habit and the beeb boards are so slow it doesn't make much of an improvement. They need to wipe the boards every now and then and wipe off all the messages if that's whats causing the problem. Ho hum....

so it appears the bbc site is not just pissing me off then?! phew! thought we were just getting right royally shafted by ntl for some bizarre reason.

ahh the comic board, your little baby can't really see it going soon as there are a still a few films on the horizon, but until then it does seem to be flagging a bit, DareDevil didn't exactly set me alight to be honest, but X2 and The Hulk i'm sure will be good. Though saying about it flagging, i'll be able to join in the conversation about LoEG from next week, as those kind people at Amazon have dispatched my double header of volume 1 of that and Dark Knight Returns, there's my weekend plan

might be able to come later to the old chat melarky, but i might be getting dragged kicking and screaming to see Final Destination 2, anyway we'll see.

This appearing on The Collective is a tad strange, the emoti's aren't the same for each site. I discovered it a while back when I was fapping about online, twas a bit disconcerting.

Nicely designed site though, very tranquil colours...

It looks strange at first but I prefer it to the h2g2 appearance and it's much easier to use. Plus I already won a prize for a review
