Hi Fnord Prefix
You are into *converting* Christians can I just ask exactly what you mean - If they are wrong wot r u trying to convert them from and if u r right but noone seems to agree with you what do you want to force them to be converted to if they've kinda already made there choice and made up their mind?

If they are wrong then I am saving them from spending the rest of their lives wasted in the worship of an error, wasting every sunday and most thoughts of their entire lives. No, I do not see myself as a saviour type figure. If they are right then I'm wrong and I can live with that. What do I want to convert them to? Any of the non-religious religions. Rationalism, solipsism, any of those sorta fings. I realise fully that truth and error are objective things, but in my universe I am more objective than them.
Really, there's no good reason why, and I suspect it might be psychological. But hey, that's who I am.

I agree with this, though Math would probably call me intolerant, with some degree of reason, for doing so. Unfortuanately, I'm not perfect.

If you were, then I'd be forced not to believe in you. If Math thinks he's superior because he is more tolerant, I'm not necessarily inclined to agree. Remember, pride can be good and bad, and that's thought of as a virtue.

Nor am I. Excessive tolerance can be dangerous. After all, one could be tolerant of JTP, or of Stalin. Wouldn't that be dangerous?
And why should I care if you don't believe in me? I don't believe in myself.

Ooh, me neither. I called to myself for dismissal on the grounds of lack of evidence.

You all exist, even if you don't think you do! I, however, do not exist.

Because everyone else thinks and therefore am, while you don't seem to think at all? Right back atcha, InSol.
But I know that they don't exist, at least as I see them. They may very well be entities in their own right, but in the form that they appear to me they are merely projections of my own mind.
