Just saying Hi ! and hoping that you are still sticking with your weight loss regime.
I am in one hell of a state with my weight, but I am finding it quite encouraging to discover a few people who seem to be succeding, and in preparation for joining a medically-supervised hospital-based programme for the morbidly obese, I am trying to get my head into gear.
Thank you so much for the encouragement and hope that you have given. Good Luck.... and can I just assure you that middle-aged obesity is well worth avoiding!
