I havent had any cigarettes since i quit, i won't go back to it now.
I've reached the stage where i don't think about smoking anymore, only if i get uptight about something, then i briefly think about it.
Thanks for asking Some people don't realise it's similar to being an alcoholic, you only have to have one and you're hooked again. I'm not planning to do that though

I don't seem to be any better off with money than i was before, which is a bit odd Healthwise, i guess i have more energy, but that could just be the steroid injections i had recently
