im sort of in the middle of the fiasco on the hacked personal spaces, hacked from me, in oct 2008.

i received an email from rev this morning, he knows, that its not me posting on the two ps,s

we both have an idea who somehow managed to hack them, but no names or packdrill.

im still waiting to see if im still a researcher, ive passed on any details when and how to the eds.

as you may know, if it haddnt been for rev, i would never have done the edited guide. he didnt the main for me.

we both think the one, no names, is getting at us both.

if as it looks, i wont be on digi acsess, but will hopefully be on at the library or cybercafe.

the new signin will probably disable the link. jimbob

It's ok, i would never had thought you would do such a thing anyway. I have an idea of who it was aswell, no names mentioned. I think we are probably all thinking of the same person. Clearly they have no regard for others and no respect either. What a sorry individual they must be if thats how they get thier kicks.
I see no reason why the eds would ban you, so i would'nt worry about that.

i think they thought as the ps,s where mine, i had used them myslf, but as ive informed them that i lost not one but three, in oct 2008.

i still dont know how, i think they where in the first years, and i had them more or less the same signin, and i made the mistake of keeping them, after i got them back.and used the same password. incase i did want to use them for some reason.

i have a few i was online with at the time they where taken, so i dont think i will be baned, maybe get a telling off lol.

i think me, you rev and at least two others think alike.

cant say why but could be heading for a fall ive given something to the eds, that could be the ones downfall, jimbob xx

Lets hope that the culprit does have a fall, it may teach them a lesson, one can only hope.

sorry didnt get back to you sooner, but virgin did a full update last night, and i could get back till tonight.

it was the old, smart and account, and then master number fiasco.

I did'nt have any trouble getting back after the update, in fact mine only took a couple of minutes to update.


I doubt you'll here from the eds for a time, they have to look into things and sort things properly.

it took me 12 hours till i got back on.i forgot in the ppast, that we had a update, and had to wait, then it was 24 hrs.

looks like we are about to be unable to acsess the h2g2 on the new sigin, on digi, i tryed the iplayer messageboard and no go.

I've already transfered my account to the new bbc_id on my pc, it was pretty simple once i actually found the registration site.
You will have to do it on a pc and have a valid pc email as you have to confirm it once you've transfered.
I'm not going to be around for quite some time now, i'm too busy and not that bothered about this site for the moment.
I'll be back at some point i expect.

i did the one for iplayer at the cyber today, and as you said got the confirmation.

still no chance from here, so its cyber from the h2g2 changeover.
