Hehehe...I found a new lighter, a pair of boots, a couple pairs of sports trousers, a top and some books for Connors birthday, to go with the coat.
I did'nt find anything appropriate for a Cunuck though. Will a do instead?

s are always welcome, my dear.
I've sent a note, twice, accepting crumpets. Have you received either of them?

Yeah, it appears a lot of my in-bound are simply not making it. Or if they do, they are 4-6 hours later.
Yummmm, sounds like a fine 'breakfast' for me, my dear.
BTW, there is now an addressed packet here, ready to post. And perhaps weighs several ounces. We'll see how long it takes to get there.

By the time the mail reaches you, you'll have forgotten what the conversation was
I checked out the final posting dates for mail to Canada I have plenty of time to browse for the 'perfect' xmas greeting!
Aawww thankyou so much for doing that i really appreciate it

I've also covered your address, on both faces, with clear tape, so it won't get obliterated through handlings.
The "wrong" notes B'El got were indeed intended for her. Just one was 30 hours late, so she forgot the subject. The other, I referred to UK time, instead of GT. My error, but it confused her, thinking I was sending notes to her, meant for someone else.
I am still receiving very few messages.

Oh yes, the nasty girl. I bet you were shrieking and kicking as she dragged you in .....
You mentioned boots, for you? So you've new and good for the winter hikes to work? Or 'go-go' boots for your next table dancing at the Pub. Micro-mini-skirt required.
A lovely garden you have .....
~:*-Venus-*:~ Posted Oct 6, 2004
But of course i was.....
Yep the boots are for me. Not to wear for work, i already have work boots. Not for table dancing either They are for wearing with jeans when the weather turns cold A mink colour in suede with a fur trim, i won't buy shoes or boots in man-made materials they have to be leather or in this case suede
Hehehe a micro mini skirt?? oh i could'nt possibly wear something like that, people would see me knickers!!

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear } Posted Oct 6, 2004
For good lasting winter wear, I have not yet seen a man-made (or woman-made) product. It must be a true leather.....
And there IS an obvious way to ensure no one sees knickers...
Sorry if I'm slow here, my hootoo connection gets slow when the rest of my co-workers all get on-line.

I'm still not 100% over this cold, still got a headache.....and cough. 'sigh' So i'm goi going to rest rather than do anything else today. Maybe i can shake it off that way eh!
I havent got a clue what to cook for supper something easy i think.

Rev Nick { Only the dead are without fear } Posted Oct 6, 2004
Something hot and simple for supper seems in order. Have you any canned or packaged soups? And some toast. Always light enough and yet filling.
BTW, I replied to one-of-two return yells.
