I've replied as well. But I don't think my system is quite healthy yet. It goes in spurts and spasms. 
And a one, and a two .... squat thrusts, 20 of them, .... toe-touches, 20 of them .....
Perhaps the maid outfit wouldn't be quite suitable, eh?

No plans in particular. It is a "reality TV" night for milady. It may also depend on a 
. She is 13 years old, and once or twice a year has a down-time, needing 2-20 hours somewhere dark. She was looking more herself this morning, after 20+ hours, but ..... Who knows how long she has left? Her litter-brother passed a bit over a year ago.

This morning, she simply looked very tired, no longer 'wrung-out'. So I hope. It was so very hard when I found the lad .... I thought he was still asleep, he was so natural. The best way though, for him.
The reality thing, the cast-aways in the middle of nowhere. Oh so thrilling to see dirty, stinky people bicker in front of "the world".
Have you any further plans? Or just an early night to be enervated for tomorrow's load at the centre?

Yeah its good for them to go that way, but not so good for us
We are free (almost) of reality tv for now, apart from a couple of short programmes on once a week. I don't suppose it will last long though 
No other plans, just a usual evening and normal bedtime.....and i'll never be fit by tomorrow, so its tough really

Hmmm, a long, soak in the tub, a warm-oil massage, and off to sleep. That should make facing tomorrow easier. And I know where a volunteer could be found.
