Just very quickly, I'm taking Youngest and Eldest especially to a garden centre nearish to us because I saw their displays yesterday and they are so pretty. I bet you'll do a fab job. As to the husky voice, that should a) entice chap into giving you some tlc and b) make him feel frisky for you and therefore plan that visit sooner rather than later

He does'nt need any encouragement on the 'frisky' front! and right now i'm too poorly for a visit. I would much rather wait till i'm feeling better

The display is coming along nicely, its very hard work though....especially as my colleague has a rotten cold aswell but it will look great once its done.

How is the cold? Better I hope. Did the Christmas display turn out OK? I bet you are arty and have a flair for this kind of stuff.

Have you made any arrangements to see Chap soon? Can you see how I've promoted him to capital 'c' Do you talk much in the week? Are you still growling seductively at him down the telephone?

Can you believe that next week is half-term Little man would have completed his first half-term at school. How did your daughter feel with him not being around so much? Did he do half days first and now full days when he goes back? Eldest has loved every, single second of new school - and to those Mummys who pooed pooed me for sending Eldest where I did I say to you because I knew it was the right school for her. They will get the best out of her and she will get the best out of the school

The kitchen is calling for tea to be cooked so I'm going to slope off now but I look forward to reading you when you have the opportunity to sit down and have nothing better to do than to hootoo to me!

I'm fine now ta. Just having a couple of 'off' days. Overwork and recovering from the cold wore me out!
The family are invading for dinner tomorrow, but today i get a day for just me
The 'Chap' is doing fine, we've managed to sort out a visit in 2 weeks time Sounds weird huh? It should be easier from now on as his work pattern is about to change, well hopefully it will be easier.
Hows things with you? Have you been to see the 'tarot reader' yet?
We finaaly finished the christmas display lastnight. It looks brilliant, and so it should with all the work thats gone into it. It opens today...and lucky me i don't have to be there

I'm pleased to see that you are feeling better After pouring my heart out to you, it felt awful knowing that you were having a cr*p time yourself. I'm glad you have a date sorted out for Chap Something to look forward to. Have a super time with the family at dinner. I haven't done the tarot reading yet, scaredy me, but to to cut a long story short, my palm tells me there are three major relationships in my life, I'm on the second to the best of my knowledge, and there is somebody waiting for me 'if I want them'! Things have been calmer since the Paris weekend between us but not between Youngest and Eldest Anyway, enough of that. Congrats on your fab Christmas display. I was on local radio (again) this week but I didn't win the competition. A star is born

What a bummer about work I'm glad dinner with the family was good. My weekend was .... better left alone at the moment. Yesterday I went ski-bobbing with a girlfriend and her children and today I'm taking Eldest and two younger children to an indoor-water park. Youngest doesn't care for that sort of stuff so she is going shopping with her Godmummy

Sorry to hear about cr*p and work getting you down. It is that time of year, unfortunately, for those who come into contact with the general public, that cr*p becomes a big part of their lives.

My own personal cr*p is still cr*p but I shall be relieved soon as Mr BB takes off to parts foreign and Eldest, Youngest and I can live like the true housesluts that we truly long to be Half-term was fab and I wish I could hang onto them for a bit longer

I'm going to stick my neck out here and ask if you have seen Chap and hope that it is not Chap that is causing you grief (but I suspect it is so if it is but hope things are good in that department if not. I think I've covered my a**e on all sides there ).

The crap is ALL work based Its the culmination from alot of events that have happened there this year. The general moral is very low, and the boss has an axe to grind. Luckily he has'nt sharpened it on me yet, but i'm sure my time will come as everyone else has been on the receiving end.
As to the chap, he has his own set of work crap to deal with. He's been promoted to a new position, the previous occupant has left him with a whole load of problems to sort out, so he's a grumpy git right now and best avoided
Glad to hear you enjoyed the half term with your girls and with Mr BB off to foriegn parts, you'll be able to relax again eh!

Hi Jen,

Another day crossed off to retirement, eh? I really feel for shop staff at this time of year. All those stressy, stressy shoppers

The fossil trip was great. The three of us each found a respectable specimen and Youngest and Eldest found other stuff too. They were annomites(?), the snail-shell thing. They were mightily impressed with their finds.

Mr BB left for the best part of a month this morning. I feel partly relieved and partly sad but at least I'm not How is Chap's mood of late? Any better? I hope so.

Will you be going to any littlies Carol Services and Nativity Activity soon? I don't know what senior school does. Probably nothing.

You maybe be surprised to know that I have an absolutely full-on day myself so I'd better get a move on.

Eldest is doing just great in her new school. I had parent evening this week and she has four commendations which is great. Youngest has been off sick with swollen glands. Today was her first day back.

I'm doing OKish with my lot, still wrestling with what's on the inside and balancing it with benevolence.

Sorry its taken so long to get back to you. I have been busy with work, I've had some other stuff to do aswell......no sex though, so i guess its not a valid excuse eh! I spend less & less time on here now. The site is is not what it used to be, so i'm a bit dis-illusioned after some things that have happened recently.
Anyway the 'chap' has disappeared off the planet. He has'nt been in touch for two weeks. Oh well life ge goes on.
Another working weekend, so i best get sorted.

I'm sorry to hear about Chap. I was hoping to hear from you snippets of mushy love stuff. His loss.

Are you bored with hootoo now? I'm still quite new so I'm still finding stuff so although I have now managed to be a non-addict, and at first it was because I joined at the beginning of the summer holidays, I'm not on until the wee hours like I used to be and I'm not turning on the computer in the mornings before breakfast just to see who beat me at The Last Post thread. Sad eh?

Eldest had four letters in different subjects come home from her new school saying how pleased the particular teachers were with her efforts and attitude I think that's marvellous that this school puts such an effort on praising good work. Well done, Eldest How is little chap doing? He would have completed his first full term soon. Any plans to see his carol service/nativity? Or is it difficult to fit it in with work?

I'm dashing off now but have a lovely weekend, if your not working, and grin and bear it if you are.

What do the littlies want for Christmas? Mine want lots of little stuff, which is fine as long as they give me the list. And what about you? What would you like apart from world peace? I'd like world peace too, or just peace at home would do, and free vodka

Another sleepless night. The thing that Mr BB was waiting for has happened now at work and a homecoming should be on the cards but, I'm sad to say, it doesn't look like it Mr BB came back after three and a half weeks away but left after three days.

Any parties planned for Christmas? What about the office Christmas 'do'? Do tell

Don't worry about replying if you're still not in the mood. Arti and I finished hangman tonight but I've totally neglected the 'how many words can you make from ....?' game ..... and it was my suggestion RL makes it hard for me to focus sometimes, what a whoosy, eh?
