Yes Jen I did but it's no good either, G tried long and hard last night. I was even writing new ones but all to no avail :O( I don't think this will be doing much for his morale just now.

Jen, I don't know because Martin can use it, albeit it's not perfect but he can get in, just wish I had the time to sit all day and potter about with it because it is so close.

i wonder if ti has anything to do with the 'remember me on this computer' box. It has to be 'checked' to allow him to use it

Well that could be the answer, but how on earth do we get round that one if we can't get in to fix it, i'm frightened to tell him anything new till I can get it to wrok myself that way fewer disappointments. I've left a message for Martin asking him to give me a step by step button press of how he does it.
