I had help with the message centre, my gudeML leaves alot to be desired
What you do is put the blob you want and a message (if you like) between 'guide' and 'body' at the top of yo your page. Then Hey presto!! its there...or in my case 3 attempts later its thereere!

for the tips on spicin' up my message centre Venus - it's soooo duulll at the mo'. I'm not exactly a whizz at GuideML either! I'll give it a go though, just hope it's better than me singin'!
