I clicked on your link for the 'Don't Panic Tour' but it didn't work. I guess that is one that you are still working on.
I'm a bored member of the BotF community. I have poked about a bit on H2G2 but it just seems so . . . BIG! (size matters).
You sound like a very busy person. I struggle to study for my 'A' level while working and yet there are many people like you who manage to do a degree and work at the same time. One of my work colleagues did a degree whilst she was working full time and was also a single mother to two young children. She tells me that if you REALLY want something, you can do it. Unfortunately, as yet I have failed to find anything that I do really want to do. I keep searching ...

Hi DizzyLizzy
How is it going? I am quite busy but always have time to make new friends around the place, so welcome to my homespace and thank you for leaving me the message.
I have checked my homespace and my most recent ACEings and all the links (yes I checked every single one) seemed to be working correctly Please, if you get a minute could you tell me please where was this DONT PANIC tour link that wasnt working is? I would love to correct it if I could.
I believe your friend to a great extent is right if you want to do something it is possible to make the time and find the energy to do it. Although my employer paid good money to provide me with a therapist who pointed out I was rather too good at it and that sometimes is good to slow down. Although I guess there is a certain degree of momentum that needs to build up before you get to that stage
Anyway, hi, thanks for popping by, please let me know where the link was, and pop back later if you have the time for and <>. I would love to hear about your exams and BotF - which - even now I am trying to work out

I have just tried the link again and it worked this time. Unfortunately, I don't think I can explore it properly today - too many people about!
I do much of my surfing at work, in case you hadn't guessed. I found BotF one day when I hadn't got any work to do (too many of those days in this job) and I have been lurking around there regularly ever since.
I am studying for my second A level - I did the first one five years ago and it has taken me this long to get around to doing another. I did plan to enrol in September 01 but I had to go into hospital so I decided to leave it until September 02. I am doing English Literature and Language combined, not for any particular reason, just because I though it might be interesting and would get me out of the house one evening per week. I've got three exam papers to sit in the middle of May and then another year of study if I want a fully fledged A level. My class is on a Monday night so, what with all the bank holidays, I have only got three classes left. I shall be pleased when it is over now, I'm fed up with turning out on a Monday night.
Anyway, I do have things to do today so I had better get on. I will pop back and have another go at the 'Don't Panic' tour when I have got more time as I would like to understand H2G2 a bit more now that there is less to do on BotF.
See ya!
Liz
